Payment Details

Payments are transacted via our third party payment system operated by protx. Once payment has been confirmed a confirmation email will be sent to the customer confirming the order and the date and time when the vehicle will be ready to collect. The vehicle will not be ready prior to the agreed date and time on the email

Refund and cancellation policy

Once the vehicles detailed below are booked and paid for no refunds are avaliable due to the specialist nature of the vehicle.

For all other types of vehicle the following applies

1. If you cancel 7 days prior to the start of your booking no refunds are available.
2. If you cancel between 14 and 7 days before the start of the booking then you would be entitles to a 50% refund.
3. If you cancel 14 days or more before the start of the booking you will receive a full refund.
